Refund Policy

Canceling

If we have not yet processed your order, you can cancel it. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. However, if your order

has already been processed, we regret that we cannot cancel it.

Return

Our return policy is valid for 3 days after delivery. If you have purchased the product more than 3 days ago, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not provide replacement merchandise. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of the product arriving to inquire about the defective product. We will determine whether to resend the product after verifying the damage. The specific handling plan will be informed to you after verification.
